
Cam is an Australian-born snare drummer now based in Glasgow, Scotland. He is a member of the Inveraray & District Pipe Band and was part of their memorable win at the 2024 World Pipe Band Championships. A keen solo drummer, his achievement includes winning the 2019 Juvenile World Solo Drumming Championship as well as reaching the finals of the World Solo Drumming Championships in 2024.
Cam graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with a Bachelor of Music (Honours) in Traditional Music, focusing on snare drumming. Outside of pipe bands, he plays Bodhrán with his Scottish folk trio Beatha, around Scotland and internationally.
Alongside performing, Cam is dedicated to teaching and works with young musicians at the Renfrewshire Schools’ and The Edinburgh Academy, helping to nurture the next generation of drummers.
