The Lothian and Borders Branch of the RSPBA are hosting a day of Indoor Contests on the 2nd April 2022. The day includes Solo Piping, Solo Drumming, a Full Band and Mini Band contest as well as The RSPBA Scottish Adult Solo Drumming Championship. The contest is open to all members of the Association.

The RSPBA Scottish Adult Solo Drumming Championship 2022 – World Solo Drumming Qualifying Event
Competitors must submit two March, Strathspey and Reel sets, each tune minimum of four parts.
All competitors must be registered members of an RSPBA Pipe Band or Overseas Pipe Band Association that is affiliated to the RSPBA.
FOUR places for the World Solo Drumming Semi-Final event will be awarded at this qualifying event.
