The Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association (RSPBA) is seeking a partner to create and sell merchandise through its website and in person at its Major Championships for the next three years.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to become involved throughout the summer with a retail presence at the British Pipe Band Championships, the United Kingdom Pipe Band Championships, the European Championships, the Scottish Championships in Dumbarton and the World Pipe Band Championships and World Solo Drumming Championships in Glasgow.

Although our existing merchandising company has already been given the rights to the World Pipe Band Championships in August 2026, both the Scottish Pipe Band Championships on 25th July and the World Solo Drumming in October seek a merchandising presence this year. This will be rolled out to include the British Pipe Band Championships, the United Kingdom Pipe Band Championships and European Pipe Band Championships in 2027 and 2028.

We are looking for products reflecting the different themes of our Major Championships within an over-arching and identifiable RSPBA brand. Products and clothing will be of good quality, maximising eco-friendly materials. You will routinely deliver sales updates and use analytics to advise on future merchandising choices and your company will be able to demonstrate a good track record for efficient delivery.
